Email addresses for booking Village/Town Halls

Hello,

I'm hoping to organise a drop in with a colleague from IDAS (Independant Domestic Abuse Service) and maybe have some other agencies there so anyone suffering from domestic abuse can pop in and speak to us and get some support.  

I was hoping to be able to have the use of a Village/Town Hall between the hours of 1000-1400 on Monday 11th May 2026, full disclosure I do have funds to pay so was hoping it could be provided free of charge. 

Please if you know of any halls that would be available and willing to let us use it for free then please could you provide an email address for me to make contact.
